  • 9x Jerk/9x CTB Pullups
  • Immediately into 800m
  • Then AMRAP 8 minutes:
  • 3x Lateral Plate Jumps/ 3x Russian Twist
  • 6x Lateral Plate Jumps/ 6x Russian Twist
  • 9x Lateral Plate Jumps/ 9x Russian Twist
  • Finish with 800m
