Bring your curiosity and some water to a Free class @ 8:45 am on any Saturday. You don’t have to be “in shape” to get started.  Just show up and we will take you through a tailored CrossFit workout. If you aren’t able to join us on a Saturday, you can sign up for a free class or feel free to stop by and watch any class in our schedule

Foundations Class or Private Trainingwall balls

Stating something new can be intimidating. Our Foundation program is designed to help ease you into CrossFit. Foundations is 3 private/semi-private sessions with one of our trainers.  We will teach you the basic movements (squats, presses, and lifts) and a few other staple movements as well as learn and practice good mechanics for each movement. The goals are to get you familiar with the base movements, for you to learn the importance of good mechanics, and to get you excited for your first regular class! We will work with you to schedule sessions in the morning or evening to fit your schedule.

Private training is another great way to start CrossFit or learn new skills.  In one-on-one private sessions you will get personal attention, feedback, and programming catered to your needs and goals.
