Price: $25 single class, $80 for the week

Drop-In Procedure:

1. Submit the request form
2. We confirm your class
3. Arrive 15 min early
4. Sign the waiver
5. Pay at the desk

What’s included/What to bring: All equipment provided, bring training shoes and a water bottle.

Parking: A parking lot is available in front of the building or you can park on the street.

Storage: We do not have lockers/storage available.

Showers: We have one shower in each of the bathrooms.
